rgb3819etc ..ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH UPS OR A SIMILAR COURIER AND SHOULD TAKE … 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS WITHIN EUROPE AND UP TO 7-12 DAYS TO THE REST OF WORLD, IT DEPENDS FROM WHICH COUNTRY YOU ORDER. 

 

UPS DOES NOT ALLOW US TO SHIP TO PO BOXES, IF A PO BOX IS LISTED AS YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS WE WILL HAVE TO EMAIL YOU TO ORGANISE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER. THIS SLOWS DOWN THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING PROCEDURES IMMENSELY SO PLEASE ENSURE A PO BOX ADDRESS IS NOT LISTED FOR YOUR ORDER.

 

FOR DELIVERIES TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU,ADDITIONAL FEES (TAX,CUSTOMS,IMPORT DUTIES)MAY BE LEVIED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNING AUTHORITIES.THESE FURTHER COSTS SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMERS.

 

SHIPPING PRINTS

 

We aim to deliver custom prints within 10 working days. For countries outside of Europe, delivery may take up to 20 days.

As each print is handmade to order they take a little longer to prepare. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as it is ready, separately from any other items.

 

ABSENCE OR INCORRECT DATA ON SHIPPING

 

once the data has been completed and the shipment has been made from our studio, it may happen that the package returns due to a failure in the address or absence in the house.

in both cases we will receive the package back and proceed as follows:

we´ll write you an email, and we will give you two options.

1. receive a return package upon payment to our account the shipping costs (we will organize all the shipping again)

2. We will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping costs that we had at first
