Returns and refunds
RETURNS WEARABLE
You can always return us your product 14 days after you receive it.
IF SOMETHING DIDN’T WORK OUT, YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO RETURN IT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM AND YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL CONTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR GARMENT RETURN. ONCE THE AUTHORIZATION IS SENT, ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED VIA TRACKABLE DELIVERY WITHIN 5 DAYS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CAN NOT PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING.
PLEASE BOOK A TRACKABLE SHIPMENT METHOD AS WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR RETURNS UNTIL WE PHYSICALLY RECEIVE THEM.

ITEMS RETURNED TO US IN A NON-SELLABLE CONDITION, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND MAY BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNDERWEAR OR BIKINIS,UNLESS IN UNOPENED CONDITION
WE ARE HAPPY TO ASSIST WITH SIZING AND GARMENT DETAILS TO ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR RETURNS OF THESE ITEMS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM MADE PIECES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU REGARDING MEASUREMENTS AND SIZING AFTER PURCHASE.
RETURN PRINTS
As custom prints are made to order under a authenticity and serial certificate, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.

HOW TO PROCEED?
1 Prepare your package to be sent to our Adress
To prepare your package for the return, it must meet the following conditions before being shipped out:
• save the product in original condition
• Shipped in a box - we encourage reuse of the original one.
• Introduce the Delivery Note in the package
2 Send your original package to the step 1 address data and keep the tracking number that your selected courier has given you! You will not be able to go step 3 until you send the package and you have the tracking number.
3 Great! You are almost there! Once you have sent the product back to us, it is time to proceed with your return!
Remember that you will not be able to continue with your return if you do not have the tracking number that proves you sent the package back to us.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
